on the way

Finally some text on the English version from our web log. I am not going to translate all the stories in English because the humor is too ironic and probably to Dutch :-). Besides this my English is horrible :-).We are now from home for a month and traveled throw Germany, Czech, Slovakia and are now in Romania. We expected to drive in a cold and snowy surrounding, but till now it is more like springtime. For driving with a car on roads in Romania this is not a bad thing at all :-). To stay on the road without bumping in a hole, hit a chicken, dog or human being is difficult enough without snow. On our trip we visited Nicodine; don director, of a school for young people with les opportunities and special needs. We stayed here for some days and joint a group to the zoo in Oradea. The zoo could use some serious upgrading, but isn t this the case for whole Romania? It looks they are doing this, because the whole country looks like an under construction area. We where very impressed by his work and his hospitality. We visit also two teachers from the school at home and had a nice evening with home made wine. The hospitality is great, but if I don’t want to end as an alcoholic it should not be every night like this :-). In Satu Mare we visit a person with the same name as Rolina. They met each other throw internet; she is 14 years and studying on a lyceum for art and is originally Dutch; so many things in common :-). We stayed at her and her mother s house and had a nice time visiting her school and the city. We will pass the border with Bulgaria in some days on our way to the artist in residence in Georgia. Is there anybody out there who want’s to host us for some days in Bulgaria or Turkey? :-).
